*Frenchman Valley Coop seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Grain Operations and Special Projects.
*The ideal candidate will be a seasoned manager with experience in all areas of grain handling, operations and elevator maintenance along with experience managing capital asset projects from start to finish.
In this role you will manage and oversee all aspects of grain operations, provide leadership and training to Grain Location Managers while maximizing cooperative profitability through the efficient operation and utilization of grain facilities, equipment, safety, training and programs while working closely with CEO and Vice Presidents to provide oversight and direction on special projects / capital asset projects in all divisions.
*ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:*
* Responsible for overseeing the operation of Grain Operations to include elevators, grain handling equipment, railcar loading procedures and all other elevator related equipment.
* Manages and directs the operation, condition, loading, storage and processing of all grain.
* Responsible for coordinating with VP of Grain and Merchandisers scheduling, loading and unloading of trucks and railcars.
* Responsible for coordinating a program for monitoring the condition of all grain, regular monitoring of grain temperatures, daily / weekly / monthly measurements and calculating of inventory by all Grain Location Managers.
* Coordinates operations and expectations with Location Managers for day-to-day as well as harvest planning.
* Develops and coordinates a housekeeping program to monitor and maintain the condition of all grain, facility housekeeping and pest control for all locations with all Grain Location Managers.
* Reviews customer concerns and questions to resolve them when possible.
* Keeps informed of new technologies in grain handling.
* Responsible for the supervision, training and safety of all Grain Location Managers.
* Responsible for the inventory and control of all tools and equipment assigned to the Grain Division.
* Responsible to establish and implement a maintenance program for equipment and vehicles within the Grain Division for safe and proper operation.
* Orders supplies and coordinates repairs, utilizing purchase orders to validate purchases and payment process.
* Works with CEO and Division Vice Presidents on all special projects / capital asset projects to include bids, planning, coordination, timelines, deadlines, budgets and all other aspects of special projects / capital projects.

Pay: From $80,000.
