· Is willing to respond to emergency commercial and residential water damages during evenings and weekends as necessary.

· Can handle working under dirty and hazardous conditions – Water, Fire and Mold jobsites can be “messy.

Cleaning and Restoration Technician Duties Include:
· Carpet / upholstery cleaning in commercial and residential settings
· VCT and Ceramic Tile and Grout cleaning and refinishing
· Air duct cleaning in Residential settings
· Perform cleaning and restoration protocols related to Water, Fire, and Mold Remediation
· Drive company vehicles and pull company trailers to and from jobsites.
· Read and follow written and verbal instructions.
· Adheres to company policies and safety procedures.
*Education / Work Experience:*
· High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience
· Must be able to provide references from former employers/coworkers
· Prior experience in construction or other technical trades is helpful.
*Qualifications and Requirements:*
· Must be able to pass a background check.
· Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
· Must possess a valid Driver’s License.
· Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds on a regular basis.
· Must be able to be on call for one weekend of the month
