The Dawson County Department of Roads is looking to fill openings for a General Laborer in multiple locations.

*General Duties:*
* Perform a variety of unskilled manual tasks in construction, repair, and maintenance wok on roads, metal culverts, concrete box culverts, and bridges.
* Operate trucks, tractors/mowers, motor graders, and vehicles.
* Apply working knowledge of methods, materials, and equipment common to manual labor.
*Qualification:*
* A high school education and/or experience and training which provide the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities that are required for the position
* A valid Nebraska Driver's License is required.
* A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) is required.
* Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
* Ability to understand and communicate written and oral instruction
* Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with the public, co-workers, superiors, and others.
*Schedule: *Monday - Thursday, 10 hour days
