As our new Customer Service Representative, you'll be joining us to provide our clients with the best policies to cover what matters most to them.
Your ability to build rapport and professional demeanor will help you build trust with our clients, retaining their confidence and business for years to come.
Current licensed agents will have salary based on experience and could exceed the salary range shown.

Responsibilities
Developing insurance quotes, shopping renewals, and issuing insurance documentation as required.
Fostering strong relationships with clients to maintain client retention.
Responding to inquiries, problem solving, and following up to ensure client satisfaction.
Treating each client interaction as an opportunity for education and account rounding.
Assisting clients with policy changes, payments, and updating account information.
Requirements
Property & Casualty license preferred but willing to assist with training andobtaining your license.
Detail oriented with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
A team player who is self motivated.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
